Jennifer Sparveri’s passion for beauty started early—earning her nail tech license at just 16—and has grown into a career that spans decades, states, and stages. In 1996, she co-founded her first salon while attending cosmetology school. By 2000, she became a Paul Mitchell Platform Artist, inspiring stylists around the world through shows and education.
Her journey led her to the iconic Robert Cromeans Salon at Mandalay Bay, where she served a wide range of clients—from everyday guests to celebrities. In 2009, her dedication was honored with the Paul Mitchell Master Associate Award.
In 2011, Jennifer moved to Scottsdale and launched Jennifer André Salon, mentoring young stylists while continuing her Paul Mitchell work. After becoming a mom in 2018, her priorities shifted—but her commitment never wavered. She successfully navigated her salon through the pandemic, eventually rebranding in 2024 as Jennifer André Hair—a boutique experience focused on exceptional, one-on-one service.
